  I had a very good experience when I brought my puppy Harlowe in to be nuetered. There were convenient appointment hours available and my questions were answered when I contacted the office by e mail. I was happy to take advantage of the low cost spay and nueter program.I felt that I received awesome customer service even though I was taking part in a low cost program. There was a very clear document that showed my options there were no surprises in what the costs would be. I was given very thorough after care instructions and was encouraged to call with any questions. I was even told that if there were any problems that I could bring my puppy back for a complimentary appointment. Thank you so much for your awesome service and taking such good care of Harlowe!
