  I enjoy shopping local businesses and praising them when deserved. Banks Sails deserves no praise. The tall man who "helped" me acted very inconvenienced by my questions and was condescending and grouchy. I think his name was Eric. Maybe it was the heat, but then, probably not. Every fan in the front of the "store" on this particular hot day was pointed at the staff. Not a single fan was directed toward visibly uncomfortable customers. Eric impatiently flung open swatch books full of ever kind of fabric I told him I didn't want. He didn't listen and he talked down to me, so I left. They must have a good online business, because they clearly feel it's okay to treat walk-ins very badly.
